Under the relevant legislation, should we offer you a holiday and you accept and we agree to your acceptance of our offer, a contract is formed.

In the event you cancel the contract (holiday) the amount remains payable.

For your peace of mind, it is recommended that you have the appropriate insurance in place to cover any eventuality.

However, to endeavour to be reasonable, we apply the following charges.

Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

The deposit you make is non-refundable.
